Due to the nature of hygiene and cleaning products, Sortedo allows returns only under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received in damaged or defective condition, customers must report within 48 hours of delivery, supported with images/video evidence. If approved, then a new product will be re-delivered within 5 days.
Incorrect Item Delivered: If a product different from what was ordered is delivered.
Expired Product Received: Any product with an expired or tampered manufacturing date.
Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for return.
Non-returnable items include:
Opened or used hygiene products.
Items purchased during promotional sales, sample trials, or clearance events.
Digital products or services (e.g., audit reports, GMAZ scoring kits).

Products can be returned within 2 days and once approved, a reverse logistics pickup will be scheduled within 3โ5 working days.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our internal quality check.
Refund processing and crediting time:
Bank/Card/UPI Refund: 5โ7 business days post-approval.
Sortedo Credits (Default Option): Instant credit, valid for 180 days.
Replacement Option: Available upon request, subject to stock availability.If approved, then a new product will be re-delivered within 5 days.
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted. Customers may request a return instead (subject to policy).
Sortedo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene and safety standards.
If misuse of the return/refund system is detected, access to services may be restricted.
Bulk or institutional orders (B2B) will follow a separate return clause, agreed during onboarding.
